REQUIRED PROFILE:
Main Scope of Responsibilities:
- Gather functional requirements from Business Representative
- Redact General specifications based on requirements
- Ensure the operational follow up of IT Hub developments and integration of the solution in WM sites, mainly Asia
- Coordinate the functional test phase
- Coordinate and conduct Change Management
- Stakeholder management
- Global Steering of the project: planning, scope, budget

Overall Banking knowledge:
Front Office’s workflow and processes, operations, Customer relationship management, Risks management for FO activities …
