Senior / Junior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a suitable candidate for " Technical Recruiter" to join our  Recruiting team & assist our recruiting activities at our Bangalore (India) office.

Job Description:

Recruitment consultants are responsible for:

·       Involve in Full Cycle Technical Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, interviewing, screening, formatting and placing personnel in quick turnaround time.

·       Requirement Gathering.

·       Job Posting on Job Site according to requirements. 

·       Liaising with the Delivery Head & work independently.

·       Discussing the opportunity with the candidates and lining up the candidates for the Scheduled interview slots.

·       Follow up for feedback of the interview from the candidates

·       Build up a database of resumes for future references.

·       Maintaining Tracking Sheets of all the Prospective Candidates.

·       Using various channels with good knowledge social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates.

3¬10 years relevant experience as a Recruiter preferably in the IT
