Sales Manager - Indonesia


Developing sales plan to achieve revenue and margin projections
Promoting and selling company products and/ or solutions services to customers
Developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance competitive position Coordinating internal resources to match customer expectations
Preparing activity reports
Regularly reporting the market needs, solutions and services opportunity and providing recommendations on product definition
Managing the relevant Corporate partners and third parties
Dealing contractually and commercially during the project execution
Following up with solution deliveries

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 3-5 years experience in sales in IT or banking card products and solutions

Experience in complex banking products and software sales with multiple groups Good communication skills, particularly on expressing the banking products, solution value and differentiation
Strong coordination skills externally and internally
Analytical and results oriented
Highly independent and resourceful
