Oracle Fusion SCM Techno functional

 Reporting to the Manager, SCM Enterprise Application, this role will be a member of the ERP implementation project team to work with the implementation partner, business users and IT to gather requirements, analyze, design and implement technology best practice. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation. Should have hands on experience with Development of Integrations, Data Migrations, Customizations.

Responsibilities:

· Manage full life cycle of Requirement, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment and Support

· Develop and document AS-IS / TO-BE business processes, configuration scripts, and other associated functional specifications from end user requirements, as well as system documentation for new implementations

· Assist with the configuration and development of application objects, workflow, reporting, integration, and conversion programs, etc

· Outline functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts and conduct unit and system integration tests

· Conduct user training and manage user testing

· Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes

· Track and follow up on operational issues, and perform change impact analysis for quarterly changes on BAU landscape with reference to the project landscape

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

· At least 7 years of experience, with at least 3 end to end Oracle Fusion cloud project implementation in Supply Chain & Distribution, with sound business process knowledge (e.g. Order-To-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) in a global environment

· Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain & Distribution modules like Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier portal, Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Pricing, Order Management, Global Trade management, RFsmart(Android experience preferable)

· Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Structure and Data Flow. Design, Development, Integration, BI Publisher, EDI, OTBI reports & Dashboards, PL/SQL, OAF Personalization

· Experience Data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi)

· Experience Oracle SOA Suite, OSB 12c/11g products like BPEL.

· Good understanding of Oracle PaaS & SaaS architecture

· Prior experience in Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migration will be a definite plus

· Experienced in an end-user environment is a requirement and those with experience in high-tech manufacturing will be a plus

· Positive attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, sensitive to team dynamics & cultures

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Keen attention to detail

· Well versed in SCRUM project methodology

· Able to interact with Mandarin-speaking requestors to understand the business requirements

· Flexible to travel when required

Oracle ERP Techno Functional Consultant HCM

Resource should have at least 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP & 2  full cycle of HCM implementations. Experience in Oracles R12x HCM modules such as Core HR, Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Time and Labor

Resource should have development experience in 3rd Party Integration, Oracle Reports, Forms, XML, Workflow, OAF, etc

To support existing Oracle R12x Production Support, Service Request and Enhancement Request.

To support the GEAR Project Data Cleanup & Data Migration, Process Analysis and Cleanup Activities. This include analysis, design and specification.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges and improvement opportunities to achieve desired business outcomes

·        Define to-be stage of processes, procedures, organizations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements

·        Design, develop, test, implement and deploy solutions for finance functions including General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank and Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Costing, Consolidation, Financial Reporting

·        Ensure smooth running of critical business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, residing in ERP and related systems

·    Analyze, troubleshoot ERP, business process issue/inefficiencies and provide sound business enhancement/solution/alternative that is based on ERP standard capabilities  

·     Ensure the documentation of business processes, application setups and configurations, application architectural design, system testing, issue logging, root cause analysis, 

·         Liaise and follow through with other functional areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolving issues

 

Requirements

·        Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oracle, preferably Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle EBS R12 Financials

·        Minimum a recognized Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

·        In-depth business process knowledge on Lead to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report;

·   Proven hands-on experience with configuring on Oracle (General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank and Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Project Billing/Costing, Consolidation, Tax, Budget & Planning and iExpense);

·        Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Java, OAF, XML Publisher a definite plus;


Proficient in developing new UI and workflow in Oracle Fusion is an added advantage;
