IMAGE PROCESSING ENGINEERS

Job Responsibilities:

  • Image Processing / Computer Vision based on analysis, algorithm design and implementation;
  • Design algorithm / implementation, verification and validation framework; Application level hardware integration;
  • Documentation and process compliance with ISO 9001 
  • Maintain and modify programs, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree (Electronic / Electrical & Electronic / Computer Science);
  • 3 years of experience in software development. 
  • Hands On experience VB,VB.Net , Native C / C++/C# preferred;Windows Application Development
  • Strong foundation in Image Processing and / or Computer Vision;
  • Skills with OpenGL, MATLAB, JAVA, VC++, is advantage
  • Hands on experience in Image Processing applications using Open CV; 
  • Hardware (e.g., Radar, Camera, Serial Port Devices) integration experience preferred;
  • Experience in the field of CCD cameras and lenses.

Senior ITSM Tools Administrator

Responsibilities:
The ITSM Tools Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation and sustained support of the IT Service Management system. 
 
They will provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges. 
 
The Tools Administrator will provide on-going technical assistance, handling incident tickets on a priority basis, software configuration/customization assistance including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. This includes working with process owners to develop workflow, implement the workflows in Service Applications and administer the tools.

Job Requirements:
1.       Recognized Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer 
          Engineering/Information Systems.
2.       Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills in the area of technical fault 
          isolation and rectification.
3.       Willing to standby and provide after office hour support when needed.
4.       Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, AJAX, CSS, XML, Java Script 
          experience a plus.
5.       Writing test scripts.
6.       Working knowledge of relational databases.
7.       Application Development experience (e.g. SDLC, Agile Scrum, etc.).
8.       Excellent written and verbal communications and Customer Service skills.
9.       Manage complex end-user requirements to system requirements to code.
10.     ITIL Certification (helpful, provides background and a frame of reference).
11.     Experience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and 
          best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, 
          testing (application code and user acceptance), and deployment.
12.     Communicate with technical and non-technical and teams.
13.     Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment.
14.     Handle multiple tasks and projects.
15.     Open to other’s ideas, strategies, etc., as part of a decision making team.

Security Operations Center Lead

The Security Operations Center Lead will oversee the activities of the Security Operations Center (SOC) analysts, ensuring that activities of the SOC are performed in according to policy, standards and security best practices.  The SOC Lead will communicate with the customers with latest updates of security alerts, trends and resolution as necessary.  The SOC Lead will also be involved with administrative tasks related to employee management which include, but not limited to, annual growth performance reviews and develop career growth path.  High communication skills are essential to successfully articulate security technology into business terms.Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple shifts of security analysts performing security event monitoring and incident identification for 24x7 (SOC)
  • Collaborate with peer shift managers to provide tactical and strategic direction for the (SOC) staff, program development and maturity roadmap
  • Develop an operational support plan for the sustained success of the team – includes measuring the team’s performance against existing KRAs, training and professional development of the staff and identify process improvements
  • Stay current on the latest threats and vulnerabilities to ensure operational tools and processes are up to date
  • Collaborate with security architecture, engineering, operations, and incident response to ensure effective SOC monitoring is implemented for all environments
  • Work closely with peer organizations to ensure incident response plans are up to date and are effectively utilized and monitored
  • Facilitate strong collaborative relationship with various organizational teams, both internal and external, to meet annual goals

 Job Requirements:
·       5+ years leadership experience within a NOC/SOC
·       Experience in a leadership position within a SOC preferred
·       Experience working with log management, security monitoring and security
        incident/event management tools

·       Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for 
        operational success
·       Leadership skills including effective oral and written communication, 
        performance management, issue resolution, negotiation, motivating others, 
        forecasting and planning
·       Experience in a security role with strong working knowledge and understanding of 
        information security framework, incident management, operations and application 
        security best practices
·       Possession of industry certifications preferred (CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.)
·       Experience with staff performance plan development, situational leadership and 
        management responsibilities

Wintel Engineer

Responsibilities:
Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance.
Perform timely Patch management as per the Schedule.
Perform Change Management as per the process.
Support to all BAU [Business as usual] calls.
Support to raising & implementing including the Patch management CRs in the Wintel infrastructure.

Daily BAU L2/L3 Calls Support on Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 Server Family infrastructure.
The setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2000, Windows 2003/2012 Server , Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server.

Job Requirements:
Good understanding of Operating System infrastructures (And / Or relevant Application specific infrastructure as appropriate)
Server Patching, Change Management, Problem Management, Server Reporting.

Experience of client/server and enterprise environments

Ability to structure and draft technical documentation
ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines
Customer relationship development and influencing skills
Ability to work under pressure and remain decisive.
Should be able to train junior team members
Having Windows certification in 2003/2008 will be an added advantage
Should have relevant experience in windows server management of 7-10 years
