Key Objectives :
1. To conceptualize, introduce to market and manage the lifecycles of various product offerings, ranging from Cloud services, solutions to new vertical industry solutions such as in Education and Healthcare, to contribute to the success of EB as a strategic growth area.
2. To deliver excellent customer experience through ensuring a high level of relevance and right product construct of product offerings to meet the needs of business customers
3. To catalyze and maintain a high level of engagement with EB’s partners, vendors and stakeholders, founded on a “partnership for success” formula
Responsibilities:
1. Establish the business case, product strategy and roadmap of each assigned product, covering competitive analysis, market requirements gathering, product positioning and resulting product specifications
2. Evaluate the strategic, product and operational fit of available partners and vendors where required to address the product value chain, for each assigned product
3. Define and conclude the partnership and/or commercial agreements for selected partner and/or vendor
4. Define the product construct, scheme of service and go-to-market plan
5. Project-manage the introduction of each new product by closely coordinating across the various functional teams and with the partner / vendor concerned
6. Establish the product costing, pricing strategies and schema, and perform the product-related financial forecast
7. Set up the processes for service provisioning, sales, billing, post-sales customer care and financial settlement with external parties
8. Establish detail testing requirements for each product, for execution by the Technology Management & Engineering team prior to launch
9. Develop the content for product collaterals, and work closely with Product Marketing and relevant Segment Marketing teams to execute go-to-market plans
10. Conduct timely internal product training to enable all relevant customer/sales touch-points
11. Manage each product lifecycle, including tracking and analyzing product revenue and cost performance, profitability management, product competitiveness, future enhancements and End-Of-Life planning
12. Manage and maintain high quality engagements with partners, vendors and stakeholders through regular review meetings
13. Maintain proper and complete documentation for each product under management
Requirement Skills:
• A recognized University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant track record in a business application environment and enterprise segment within the IT/Software industry
• Experience in the Cloud Computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and/or vertical solutions such as in Healthcare and Education, in a similar role will be a definite advantage
• Enjoys working and thrives in fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, analytical, planning and project management capabilities
• Effective interpersonal skills and team player
