REQUIRED PROFILE:

• PMS Triple A (Temenos) knowledge is mandatory (at least 5 years) as Business Analyst;
• “Proposal Generator” knowledge is a strong added-value;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience within the Banking industry and Wealth Management area;
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts;
• Previous experience in working with project teams located in different countries, strong team spirit;
• With Project Management experience;
• Capacity to coordinate and prioritize actors / actions, to work on several projects / topics in parallel.

Service Delivery Engineer

Job Description:

Building best operational strategy (monitoring, reporting, security, high availability, performance, etc)
Coordinate implementation of content of the Operational Requirements Specification (ORS)
Review user experience on each use case and ensure optimization  
Ensure internal handover to the production team by leading Support and Maintenance Input

Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline

Shift work and support 24/7 on-call duty

Job Requirements:

Technical competencies:
Strong knowledge on Linux (command lines, shell script writing) is mandatory
Strong knowledge on SQL commands, experience RDBMS especially in Oracle is mandatory
Strong knowledge on WebLogic server administration on Linux is an advantage
Knowledge in Software installation and configuration on Unix platform
Monitoring system setup/configuration e.g. – Hardware Security Module is an advantage
ITIL knowledge and possess understanding of GSM architecture is good advantage
Knowledge of VMware usage/tuning, experience in IT infra, ClusterWare deployment
Telecommunication is a good advantage
